3 Infused Water Recipes

3 Infused Water Recipes

This couldn't be a simpler, better way to enjoy water. Infusing water with fruit, herbs, and some veggies is nothing new, but it can seriously change a boring glass into something beautiful. Also, you can eat the fruit for a snack if you get hungry!

Drinking water is one of the best things you can do for your body. I know I always feel better when I'm really hydrated - I sleep better, digest food more easily, and feel a rosier glow to my skin. Here are three easy recipes for my favorite infused waters.

3 Types of Infused Water - Strawberry & Cucumber, Blueberry/Orange/Basil, & Pomegranate/Mint/Green Tea | Shiny Happy Bright

We have strawberry and cucumber; blueberry, orange, and basil; and green tea, mint, and pomegranate arils. I love taking a baggie of fruit to work with me to throw in my water. Or if you really want to take your water on the go, might I suggest the infused water bottle?

In addition to keeping you hydrated - the blueberries and pomegranates are known antioxidants, the strawberries help fight inflammation, and the mint aids digestion.

As a kid did you ever think you were super-posh when you ordered your water with lemon at restaurants? I thought I was positively cosmopolitan...but that may be because I was a major nerd. Who can say?
