Hello, my name is Emily. 

I'm glad you're here. I started this blog in December 2016 to encourage my transition to eating healthier - more fruit, vegetables, and whole foods. I'm a work in progress, but I believe in Michael Pollan's recommendation to "eat real food, not too much, and mostly plants." With that in mind I'll try to feature healthy recipes that are delicious and easy to make. Sometimes, I'll have a decadent recipe for you, but I'll always look for ways to make it a little healthier and less processed.
